You can download templates to prepare artwork. Files must be CMYK and have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and formats such as .psd, .indd, vector PDF. These files can be sent via large file transfer platforms to: info@grama.com.

Vinyl cutting specifications.
1. File-Handling:
Accepted formats (max. 192khr / 24bit):
- WAV
- AIFF
- DDP
- FLAC
2. Titles and Duration of the tracks:
The tracks must be sent correctly identified and numbered with information about their distribution and order by side of the disc (A1, A2, B1, B2…). A Track Sheet must be prepared with their duration.
3. Estimated Side lengths:
33 1/3 RPM:
- 7”: 6:30 – 7:00 min
- 12” Rock & Pop: 19-21 min
- 12” Jazz: 21-23 min
- 12″ Classic: 25-28 min
45 RPM:
- 7” Rock & Pop: 4:30-5:00 min
- 10” Rock & Pop: 9-11 min
- 12” Rock & Pop: 11-12 min
Mastering for vinyl.
1.
If not strictly artistically important, don’t exaggerate compression in the mastering process.
2.
In order to achieve a”loud” vinyl it is not necessary to compress the Hell out of your music.
3.
High frecuencias or vocales with a Lot of sibilance at high Levels are inappropriate for vinyl.
4.
Avoid out of phase below 200 hz.
5.
Correlation should not be above 90º.

If you are looking for the best vinyl récord, please Provide us with an uncompressed mixdown with head-room and a second one which is your version of the master for our reference. Mastering for vinyl is not included in the standard Grama vinyl cutting prices.
