Mastering for vinyl.
If not strictly artistically important, don’t exaggerate compression in the mastering process.
In order to achieve a”loud” vinyl it is not necessary to compress the Hell out of your music.
High frecuencias or vocales with a Lot of sibilance at high Levels are inappropriate for vinyl.
Avoid out of phase below 200 hz.
Correlation should not be above 90º.
If you are looking for the best vinyl récord, please Provide us with an uncompressed mixdown with head-room and a second one which is your version of the master for our reference. Mastering for vinyl is not included in the standard Grama vinyl cutting prices.
